Accessing the Library
  • Four easy steps
  • 1. Go to www.lmunet.edu/library.
  • Click on electronic databases
  • 2. Find a suitable database
  • 3. Use the cream card to get logged in (if off
    campus).
  • 4. Search for your topic!

  • Biography Resource Center
  • A comprehensive database of biographical
    information on nearly 300,000 notable people
    throughout history, around the world, and across
    all disciplines and subject areas. The database
    also includes full-text articles from nearly 250
    periodicals. Search for people based on one or
    more personal facts such as birth and death
    years, nationality, ethnicity, occupation or
    gender, or combine criteria to create a
    highly-targeted custom search path.
  • Search for philosophers such as Confucius, Saint
    Thomas Aquinas, Socrates, etc.
