Election Process - measuring exemplary character

- Notify elected/rejected students
- Elected students fill out catalog cards
- Submit Report of Election to Headquarters (2-4

- Submit Catalog Cards to Headquarters (2-4 weeks
before initiation) - These cards become TBP official records - fill
them out completely correctly - Proceed with your electee calendar

- Receive written or verbal approval from
Headquarters - Call 1-800-TAU-BETA if unsure
- You cant hold an initiation without approval
- NO UNAPPROVED INITIATIONS!!
- Hold the Initiation Ceremony
- Invite Deans, faculty members, alumni that are
Tau Bates - Give them a speaking role, if available
- Include your District Director -)
- Submit Report of Final Action to Headquarters
(immediately after initiation) - Submit copy of Roll Book Signatures to
Headquarters (immediately after initiation) - Great job - youve successfully completed an
initiation!
