  • Receive written or verbal approval from

  • Call 1-800-TAU-BETA if unsure
  • You cant hold an initiation without approval
  • NO UNAPPROVED INITIATIONS!!
  • Hold the Initiation Ceremony
  • Invite Deans, faculty members, alumni that are
    Tau Bates
  • Give them a speaking role, if available
  • Include your District Director -)
  • Submit Report of Final Action to Headquarters
    (immediately after initiation)
  • Submit copy of Roll Book Signatures to
    Headquarters (immediately after initiation)
  • Great job - youve successfully completed an
    initiation!
