• FDC has successfully reduced the cost of inmate
  phone calls.
• FDC has reduced the cost of canteen items for
  inmates and family members in visiting areas.
• LBR Request 4.6 million for restoration of
  administrative process fees for inmate bank
• Exploring utilization of calling cards.
