Rollout Update

• Since implementation of the national rollout
  began on January 4, 2002, we have facilitated 108
  First Implementation Meetings (FIMs) for 161 NPAs
  (including overlays and splits in permissive
  dialing).
• The last FIM was held on July 30.
• All NPAs in the national rollout schedule will be
  implemented as of December 12, 2003.

4th NRO Order

• On June 19, the FCC issued the Fourth Report and
  Order in CC Docket 99-200 and CC Docket 95-166
  (4th NRO).
• the Order was effective on August 20, 2003
• We have updated the mandatory, optional or
  excluded status of rate centers within all
  pooling NPAs to conform to the provisions of the
  4th NRO Order. The files include a list of
  definitions associated with each Rate Center File
  that explains their designations.

  26.
