What is HAIL?

• HAIL is an online, modular student information
  network, similar to

  fully customizable to fit the needs and wants of
  individual campuses, organizations, and students.

The Calendar Module

• The administrator for your organization can post
  callouts, meeting times and places, events,
  programs, and anything that you might want to
  share with your organization or the entire campus.

The Virtual Market

• The Virtual Market is similar to
  for Purdue students to sell books or furniture,
  search for roommates, and anything else that you
  currently find in the Exponent Classifieds.

The Message Board

• The Message Board allows groups to create forums
  to allow users to have discussions.
• Message Boards can be set as Private so that only
  users who are members of your HAIL group can
  access the forums.

The Survey Module

• Interested in what interests the Student Body?
• Want to ask 38,000 students a question?
• Or ask a question to only members of your group
  within HAIL.

Want Your Group to Join?

• Student Organizations are encouraged to join
  this is how
• We need you to appoint someone within your
  organization to update your information on HAIL
  such as a webmaster
• This can be as often as you want, or just when
  ever you have something that you want to share
  with your members or the student body.
