INVOLVING THE CSEPP COMMUNITY IN THE PLANNING
PROCESS

• Have held community level meetings (Jul 20 and
  Sep 29--next one is scheduled for Nov 10)
• Addressing, in detail special needs, special
  events, public information support, reception
  center/mass care facilities, and coordinaton with
  the State of Washington

PROJECT SUMMARY

• All foundation work completed (signs, reader
  boards, drop arm barricades)
• Most components delivered
• Operational test scheduled within 3 weeks
• Full-scale installation will begin after
  operational test assessment
• Currently project is on budget and schedule for
  February, 2006 completion
