Pennsylvania coordinates eight student
organizations that provide career awareness,
leadership, motivation, and recognition for
career related skills. The CTSOs are an
extension of the classroom instructional program
by integrating academics and career and technical
skills into real work experiences.

entrepreneurship education. Students develop
skills and competencies for careers, build
self-esteem, experience leadership and practice
community service. DECA promotes the partnership
of education and business.

FBLA prepares students for leadership and careers
in business through business-related education
and entrepreneurial skill development, community
service and partnerships with the professional
sector.

issues through family and consumer sciences
education.

career skills needed by health care providers.

Local, Regional, State, National Activities
Local TSA Lebanon High School coordinated a
program, Operation Santa. They designed and
made 200 helicopters for the Marines Toys For
Tots Program. Plus solicited sponsorships of 5
donation for each helicopter and give it to The
Salvation Army. For Christmas 2001.

National 1st Place Winners for Desktop Publishing
- PA FBLA from Montoursville High School Design
and published by three siblings and a friend,
Ghost Wings. The 56-page, full-color,
teen-oriented magazine is dedicated to preserve
American Veterans. The true stories are from past
aviation heroes of which they personally
