o Gold Rush Chapter Meeting Policies

• Attendance Chapter Meetings are open to all
  NCMA members and guests. Please arrive promptly
  at 1130. Meetings last until 100. Chapter
  business is conducted and a speaker will discuss
  a topic of interest.
• Registration The courtesy of advance
  registration by the established deadline is
  requested so that NCMA can be sure to have
  sufficient space, materials and meal selections.
• Substitutions You may substitute another person
  at any time to avoid a cancellation/no show.
  However, if enough notice is not provided to make
  changes to the meal selection, then the person
  substituted may have to have the meal selection
  of the person they replace.
• Cancellations NCMA will accept cancellations at
  no charge up to the deadline for registration and
  may accept later cancellations prior to the
  event, if NCMA can adjust the meal count with the
  catering facility. If the catering facility will
  not accept the cancellation, NCMA may treat the
  cancellation as a no show.
• No Shows If you RSVP and fail to attend or
  provide advance notification of a cancellation in
  sufficient time for NCMA to cancel at no cost
  with the catering facility, NCMA may bill you for
  the cost of the meal, plus tax, tip and gratuity,
  that NCMA incurred.
• Payment NCMA accepts cash or company/personal
  check made payable to NCMA upon arrival at the
  event. NCMA does not accept payment via PayPal or
  payment by any type of credit card.
• Advance Payment For special events, advance
  payment may be required and credit cards may be
  accepted with special arrangements (see the event
  notice for details).
• Bounced Checks If any check is not honored,
  NCMA will charge the maker any bank fees it
  incurs.
• Behavior NCMA expects all attendees at NCMA
  events to adhere to the NCMA Code of Conduct and
  to conduct themselves in a professional manner.
  NCMA reserves the right to refuse admittance or
  service to any event attendee at NCMAs sole
  discretion or upon request of the meeting
  location provider.
• Refunds NCMA does not provide refunds if an
  attendee is dissatisfied with the event for any
  reason.
