- The File Management Report will provide a
printable, filterable overview of File
Management. The report will be accessible from
Managing Data, and the EIMS File Management
Reports sub menu - Sort Items
- Division Code
- Division Name
- File Name Name of file submitted by division.
- File Type either Spring, Fall, or EOY.
- File Status Files current status.
- Date File was Submitted
- Date of Last Status Change
11Division Participation Report
The Division Participation report displays each
division (whether they have submitted that
particular file type or not) its current state,
the division name, the date of the last
submission, and two customized fields. The
customized fields are for the type of file and
the status of that file.
12EIMS Performance Report
The EIMS Performance Report is a great way to
measure both the conduct of EIMS and the division
action over a period of time.
