Having Trouble with Pop Ups?

• Any one of the following settings can affect a
  machines Pop Up features.
• STEP ONE
• Make sure Pop Up Blocker is turned OFF
• You should see Turn ON pop up blocker when you
  click on the Tools menu in IE. If you see Turn
  OFF pop up blocker, click on this to turn it
  off.
• Turn off additional Pop Up Blockers included in
  any Google, Yahoo, or MSN toolbars.

• Automatic prompting is Enabled
• IE Tools Internet Options Security
  Custom Level Automatic prompting for file
  downloads OK OK

• Download Notification is Checked
• IE Tools Internet Options Advanced
  Notify when download complete OK
