Mission Statement

• The Latin America Mission is an international
  community of men and women who, motivated by
  their love for the Lord Jesus Christ and in
  obedience to His commands, encourage, assist and
  participate with the Latin Church in the task of
  building the Church of Jesus Christ in the Latin
  world and beyond.

Serving the Church

• We send young adults to serve in local churches
  under national leadership throughout Mexico and
  Latin America.
• We seek to encourage local believers in their
  faith and challenge them in their evangelistic
  vision.

Training Missionaries

• We emphasize cultural identification
  Spearheaders learn minister directly in
  Spanish, live with national families, study the
  host culture and work under national leadership.
• Spearhead volunteers are given exposure to a
  variety of ministry experiences to prepare them
  for potential long-term missionary service.
• We provide guidance, supervision and mentorship.

Reaching Latin America

• Less than 5 of inhabitants in most cities in
  Latin America are evangelical believers.
• 50 of the population is under 18 and 70 is
  under 27.
• Jesus said, The harvest is plentiful, but the
  workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest,
  therefore, to send out workers into his harvest
  field. Luke 102
