- The first week in January I signed a management
agreement with AIM Realty to lease and manage my
property. Previous to this the property was
listed, since August 1993, with a well-known real
estate company. Their agent charged me continuous
advertising costs, did not properly follow up on
leads, did a very poor job in communicating and
updating me on the rental progress, and failed to
get a permanent tenant for the property. - On the other hand, AIM has done an excellent job
