    family rental residence for the past five months.
    He took over management of the property at the
    time I was relocated. They were expeditious in
    getting it in condition for rental using high
    quality craft people with reasonable rates. They

  • The first week in January I signed a management
    agreement with AIM Realty to lease and manage my
    property. Previous to this the property was
    listed, since August 1993, with a well-known real
    estate company. Their agent charged me continuous
    advertising costs, did not properly follow up on
    leads, did a very poor job in communicating and
    updating me on the rental progress, and failed to
    get a permanent tenant for the property.
  • On the other hand, AIM has done an excellent job
    in all respects, has kept me apprised at all
    times on rental prospects, and has successfully
    signed a rental lease after 24 days.
  • I recommend AIM most highly for their diligence
    and professionalism in handling the property and
    would endorse them to anyone seeking a competent
