4Presidents ReportCRDA Mission
- The Mission of the Michigan State University
Extension Community Resource Development
Association is to encourage excellence in
educational programs, processes, research, and
technical assistance through the exchange of
ideas and methods, collaboration, and
professional development of members to benefit
communities.
5CRDA Purpose
- To provide quality professional development
opportunities for members. - To create a reward and recognition structure for
excellence in education, research, technical
assistance and outreach in the Community and
Economic Development and Natural Resource areas
of expertise. - To provide representation for CRDA members with
MSU Extension Administration and other agencies
and organizations within and outside of Michigan
State University. - To affiliate with The Community Development
Society and/or other national organizations,
which provide support for CRDA, as determined
from time to time. - To provide opportunities for members to network,
share and mentor others engaged in similar
educational, research, technical assistance and
outreach activities.

- Speaker was Dir. Of North Central Center for
