The Need

• Attending college in an unfamiliar city, I became
  frustrated trying to find safe and effective
  locations for my workouts.
• Existing maps catered only to the recreational
  athletes

The Idea

• To address this need, I have developed a website
  to specifically serve serious triathletes.

• There are thousands of people like me who
• Participate in triathlons regularly
• Train continually
• Follow a specific training plan. An example

How it Works

• In order to execute their plan in an unfamiliar
  place, an athlete can search or browse the site
  for
• good running loops
• various bike rides
• the nicest (and longest) pools
• area bike shops
• group workouts
• area races
• And much more

• I do the prep work for them

My Plan

• After graduation, this will be my nearly-fulltime
  job.

• Traveling to do the mapping
• managing the website
• handling all logistical tasks.

5-Year Plan

• By Spring of 2008, all of New England will be
  mapped and available.
• By Fall of 2008, all of the Southeast will be
  mapped and available
• Within 5 years, the entire country will be
  covered.

10-Year Plan

• In ten years, I would like to
• expand the mapping service to other athletes in
  other countries
• use a well-established brand to branch out to
  other projects within the endurance community.
