• Liaise with Basketball BC and BC School Sports
• Establish standard fee schedules
• Appoint and train Regional Educators/Evaluators
• Maintain web site adding many Educational tools
• Provide Web based assigning program
• Develop BCBOA Officials camps
• Maintain current responsibilities
• Certification program, Incident reports etc.
• Provincial Tournaments, Bob Hall fund etc.

Regional Association Responsibilities

• Elect 5 member executive
• Diversified geographical representation required
• Appoint sub-assignors within region
• Submit membership fees for members of their
  region
• Liaise with local schools regarding scheduling
• Collect game fees from local schools
• Pay officials
• Ensure all members receive certification
• Recruitment of new officials
