  • One area where the work of these individuals is
evident is in the many activities catalogued to
    commemorate NATA Month.
  • Many members do an outstanding job of arranging
presentations to civic groups, recognition by
local government agencies, as well as radio
spots, TV appearances and newspaper stories
    related to our profession.
  • In addition, the group is working on ways to get
the word out to the public as well as various
groups on what the certified athletic trainer is
and how we contribute to the healthcare of the
    athlete and the physically active.
  • They have accumulated with the help of the
    membership various NATA brochures for
distribution and are updating a secondary design
of our TATS display that can be used for health
fairs, civic group functions and school
    activities for the general public.
