compared to the 2nd quarter of 2006
Work-related issues Organisational issues have
decreased compared to the 2nd quarter of 2006 (by
3.1), while stress (by 4.4) and human resource
related issues (by 4.1) have increased.

deemed a significant risk and are therefore red
flagged Imminent suicide risk. Actual
suicide attempt. Major psychiatric disorder.

  • Cases that are pink flagged include cases that
    are of importance from an organisational point of
    view (formal referral) or cases that potentially
    contain some risk to the persons self or others
  • Formal referral.

    ICAS service.
  • Moderate suicide risk.

focus is given to cardiovascular disorders and
stress management, by way of referrals to ICAS
and various disease management programmes.

    two quarters
  • 21 were HIV / TB positive.
  • 33 died
  • 67 went onto the Incapacity programme and went
    back to work healthy.

In the third quarter there have been no new cases
of TB or HIV recorded.
