What is a Competence Framework?
- Covers all the activities carried out by all
workers in the defined area - Describes the performance expected of workers as
they are carrying out these activities - Specifies the knowledge, skills and personal
qualities needed for each activity - Allows workers to be recruited, inducted and
developed in an effective and efficient way - Provides the basis for objective assessment of
workers performance, and accreditation if
required
