What is a Competence Framework?
  • Covers all the activities carried out by all
    workers in the defined area
  • Describes the performance expected of workers as
    they are carrying out these activities
  • Specifies the knowledge, skills and personal
    qualities needed for each activity
  • Allows workers to be recruited, inducted and
    developed in an effective and efficient way
  • Provides the basis for objective assessment of
    workers performance, and accreditation if
    required

EA1 Contribute to developing environments and
communities that reduce risk of CHD
EC1 Implement a programme to identify and assess
people with CHD and those at significant risk of
CHD
