  faster and better way of getting the printed
  product onto the news-stand
• Suppliers and vendors are expected to provide
  more value at no extra cost to the publisher
• Increased rationalisation will mean that many
  companies that do not buy into this ethos will go
  to the wall
• Often investment/strategic plans are made without
  publishers input or their long term commitment

• To drive costs out and value into our workflows

  integration with our internal systems and the
  external supply chain
• Educate and train the publishers
• Create proper long term partnerships
