Employment

• In 2000/01, 12 per-cent of long-term disabled
  Londoners were unemployed, compared with 6.5 of
  non-disabled Londoners.

  employed, 25.2 were in part-time work (compared
  with 19.9 of non-disabled people), and disabled
  people in employment were likely to be earning
  lower hourly rates of pay

  had fewer than 25 of its buildings accessible to
  disabled people

Housing

• Disabled people under 60 were more likely than

  housing.
