• Creates lack of self awareness of our errors
• Self blindness as a tactic for self protection

• Combining of ideas to form better ones.
• People who understand this value are good at
  resolving conflicts
• Believing that there is only one solution makes
  copulation seem foolish.

• Plagiarizing or Research(open to other peoples
  ideas.)
• Ideas that may seem trivial in one environment
  may be significant in another.
• Reward/punishment model in this case leads to
• Belief in our own master intelligence.
