Take the bobbin out of the sewing machine

Make sure that when you pull the thread it turns
clockwise

Pull the thread through the slot
Keep pulling until it comes out of the metal claws

Put the bobbin case into the sewing machine with
the arm at the back upright. Push it in and you
will hear a click.
Hold the thread at the top of the sewing machine
with your left hand. Turn the wheel at the back
of the sewing machine towards you.
