Goals

• Place Phase I in close proximity to the pond.
• Create a landscaped entry plaza.
• Place building near high point of site to
  maximize views of the building.
• Provide 3 entrances Meeting Wing, Main
  Entrance, Natatorium.
• Reduce the visual impact of large activity spaces
  with smaller ones to the entrance side.
• Allow easy supervision of activity areas,
  gymnasium, and entrance. Locate control desk at
  mid point of gym (between courts).
• Maximize the variety of views from the jogging
  track.
• Separate the meeting room from the activity
  areas.
• Give the aerobics area a more private location.
