to LCPS goals.
LCPS Goals
4Our Steering Committee Team Members We strive
each year to include representation from the
diverse community representing our school. We
value and appreciate the time, energy, and talent
of each of our steering committee members.
5Our Mission
- why we exist -
Teachers, parents and other members of our school
community will work together to help each child
accept his/her responsibility in becoming a
lifelong learner. By valuing each individual
student, by providing opportunities for each
student to succeed, and by creating a school
environment that combines structure and
spontaneity, we seek to help children face the
future with curiosity and confidence.
Our Vision
- what we hope to become -
Given that education is a lifelong process, we
strive to create an environment in which each
student can develop attitudes habits, skills,
knowledge, and an understanding necessary for
him/her to meet life situations effectively while
becoming productive citizens in our changing,
democratic society.
