59 from 2,078 students in 2000 to 1,224 students
in 2007

- 25 respondents representing 17 locations chose
Enrollment has not declined - 12 of these 17 locations did have a decline in
enrollment 2000-2007 - It is unclear why 70.6 of the locations with
declining enrollment think their enrollment has
not declined.
