Tutorial 2 Creating a Quarterly Progress Report
2GMS Allows you to create and submit your
Quarterly Program Progress Reports Online.
Begin by selecting Progress from the Menu Bar.
3The Project Grid is returned. Select the Project
you want to report on by clicking on it.
4If you have reports submitted, they will be
listed. Select one by clicking on it. To begin
a new report, click New.
5This is the Progress General screen. Select the
period you want to report on, and other pertinent
information. SAVE.
6Now select the Workplan Outcomes tab. You will
see the Contract Workplan displayed. Click on a
Task to enter the Outcome for that Task.
7The Task will be listed at the top of the screen
for reference. Enter any outcomes, unanticipated
outcomes, and/or Quantitative Results for that
Task. SAVE.
8When you have entered all your Outcome data, your
Workplan Outcomes will look like this. If
finished, click Submit.
9NOTE that submitting your Progress Report will
lock it to further edits. Do not submit if you
have not finished. Note You may send OPDF file
attachments (case reports, press clippings) via
the Attachment Module in the left menu.
10Once you have submitted your Progress Report, GMS
will return you to the Progress General Screen.
Note that there is now a submission date listed
on the screen.
11Your submitted Progress Report will be saved into
the GMS system. Notification will be sent to
DCJS that a Progress Report is ready for
