Prefects
  • All Year 11s are invited to take on prefect
    responsibilities, and can apply for various
    posts. You are expected to complete an
    application form and attend an interview with a
    teacher and another adult.
  • Specific job descriptions are available in this
    booklet and you should choose the role you wish
    to apply for carefully.
  • All prefects will be expected to
  • Display a high standard of appearance and
    behaviour
  • Have a pleasant and polite approach to staff and
    other students
  • Keep the school Code of Conduct
  • Represent the school at functions and parents
    evenings, to welcome visitors and organise tours

  • To be reliable and punctual, if a commitment has
    been made to a club of their chosen sport the
    student must turn up and assist/lead week on week

  • It is essential that the student is a good
    sporting role model for the younger students to
    aspire to. The candidates must have enthusiasm
    for a sport. They must illustrate good commitment
    and dedication and in all areas of PE. They must
    be able to show cooperation in their own PE
