• Lessons learned Current network can NOT handle
  the user capacity going forward.
• It was optimal for when the groups were 100
  people
• The Snap servers are overloaded i.e
• Experiencing Client installation and support
  issues
• Electronic Attendanceprogram NOT optimized for
  current traffic
• Written in PERL scripts.
• On-Site Internet Access
• A number of network access issues with Hotel and
  ISP etc.

Recommended Solutions

• Put a team in place to design optimal network for
  current and future capacities for
  802.11/15/18/19/16?
• Short term upgrade current Snap servers with high
  end enterprise products
• In Parallel
• Design a optimal network for ALL 802
• Retain service for a Network Administrator to
  provide 24/7 network and client installation
  support
• Obtain software consultant service to design an
  optimized program for Electronic
  Attendance/automated documentation
  numbering/voting
