  incorporates it into the EDEN system
• EDEN will track/maintain this information for
  2005-06 and future years
• GOAL Make this a useful tool for states to use
  throughout the data collection cycle to prepare
  files as well as to track submission progress

• SEAs to track the flow of file preparation and
  submission
