INSTRUCTIONAL MODES

• Web-based instruction and collaboration. Courses
  may require proctored examinations, and may
  include opportunities for face-to-face
  orientations, but there will be no class
  attendance requirements.

  content delivered over the Internet, which will
  substitute for some classroom meetings.
