  • To our friends moving on,
  • And after many years of being here
  • Well be sad, when theyre gone.

4
  • This is our leavers song,
  • Were proud of what youve done.
  • Many happy times weve had
  • And many songs weve sung.
  • This is our leavers song,
  • Were proud of what youve done.
  • Go from here with confidence
  • For all the things to come.

5
  • So keep in mind those special times
  • That weve shared, here with you,
  • And may the lessons learned through many terms
  • With your friends, stay with you.

BIBLE reading
ST PAUL, ONE OF THE GREATEST TEACHERS EVER, SAYS
GOODBYE TO SOME OF HIS STUDENTS.
10
Paul said "And so this is good-bye. You're not
going to see me again. I have done my best for
you, given you my all, held back nothing of God's
will for you. "Now it's up to you. Be on your
toes--both for yourselves and your congregation
of sheep. The Holy Spirit has put you in charge
of these people--God's people they are--to guard
and protect them. God himself thought they were
worth dying for. "I know that as soon as I'm
gone, vicious wolves are going to show up and rip
into this flock, men from your very own ranks
twisting words so as to seduce disciples into
following them instead of Jesus.
11
So stay awake and keep up your guard. Remember
those three years I kept at it with you, never
letting up, pouring my heart out with you, one
after another. "Now I'm turning you over to God,
our marvelous God whose gracious Word can make
you into what he wants you to be and give you
everything you could possibly need in this
community of holy friends. Then Paul went down
on his knees, all of them kneeling with him, and
prayed. And then a river of tears. Much clinging
to Paul, not wanting to let him go. They knew
they would never see him again--he had told them
quite plainly. The pain cut deep. Then, bravely,
they walked him down to the ship.

A SONG FROM THE SHOW
40
Let us Pray.
41
God of truth, of time and space, the moment for
which these students have worked is now here. The
tomorrow for which they have prepared themselves
is now awaiting them. And you, the God of
yesterday today and tomorrow will be there in the
future waiting for them.
42
God within us, and beyond us, You will be
waiting for us, in people we happen to meet, and
people with whom we work, in the trust of friends
we will make and those cherished people we regard
as family.
43
You will be there, in the communion of humour and
the healing of laughter. You will be there in the
solitude, the sacrament and in times of anguish
and suffering.God of the journey, we thank you
for those who stood by us, those who supported
and inspired us, those who believed in us and
cared for us. We thank you for all those who have
helped us to reach this point in our journey.
44
Be with us, go with us, as we begin this new
beginning.Help us to face the future with
confidence and thanksgiving.Help us to hold fast
to all that is noble, good, honest and true.
AMEN.
45

dayIn my school to work and play, Please be
with me all day longIn every story, game and
