  • Go to the Policy and Procedures page on the DBON

  • Retirement- check box to indicate eligibility for
    retirement benefits, leave blank if ineligible
  • TIAA Match- enter the percent match in integer
    format (i.e.- 2.0 not .02)

  • Total Base- enter proposed total base salary
  • Incentive- enter proposed incentive
  • PCF- enter Patient Compensation Fund amount
  • Income Projections- enter the projected income
    amounts by Type (I, II, or III) limited to 8
    lines total Type I, II, and III revenues, their
    applied assessments, and their respective net
    amounts are calculated below the input section

  • Retained- enter total amount of retained earnings
    from the projected income
  • Base Salary- input the school sources of base
    salary limited to 10 accounts the first 5 will
    be printed on the worksheet any amounts on lines
    6 through 10 will be grouped together and labeled

  • Total School- calculated based on entered school
    sources

  • Notes- user can enter freeform text of specific
    interest to this worksheet
  • Fringe Benefits- calculated based on worksheet
    parameters and entered salary amounts

    earnings excess or deficit based on entered
    amounts

  • Exit Without Save- returns to Select Department
    screen without saving changes to worksheet

  • 1. Select from worksheets based on type
    (active, inactive, or prototype), or
  • 2. Select from the entire list of worksheets
    regardless of type

    Web Browser Integration function under the
    File-Preferences-General menu in Adobe
