Biggest Losers Rules

• This is a Voluntary Competition/Fundraiser
  Disclaimer!!!
• Teams consist of a MAXIMUM of 5 members at 20
  per person. Money is due at the Health Fitness
  Fair.
• If less than 5 people on a team, the cost per
  team is 100.
• Team Sign Ups will begin on 3/13/05 through
  3/17/05.
• This is a 12 Week Weight Loss Competition
  (3/16/05-6/8/05).
• There are three mandatory Weigh Ins
• Week 1 (Initial) 3/16/05 (Health Fitness Fair
  Auditorium)
• Week 6 (midway) Location??
• Week 12 (Final) Location??
• Medical will host voluntary weekly weigh-ins on
  Wednesdays before/after your shift. These are
  optional.
• Each Team Member must weigh in on designated
  dates. If unable to make weigh in due to
  vacation, mandatory weigh ins must take place by
  Week 2 (initial), Week 5 (Midway), and Week 11
  (Final).
• Weekly Progress Updates will be made available in
  the Main Lobby.
• The Six Week Progress Update will be made in the
  Truck Times.
• The Final Team Winners will be announced in the
  Truck Times.
• All Final Prizes will be made in cash to the
  winning teams.
• The winning teams will be determined by the
  Medical Department based on the greatest amount
  of weight lost and the highest percentage of
  body mass lost.
• Receipts will be available from the American
  Heart Association for the 10 donation.
