About Dr Lawrence (Larry) Addleson
Dr. Lawrence Addleson has been practicing general
and Cosmetic Dentistry, with an emphasis on
aesthetics, in San Diego, since graduation from
the University of Southern California School of
Dentistry. He has earned Accreditation and the
title Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic
Dentistry (AACD). Dr. Larry Addleson is a Board
Examiner for both Accreditation and Fellowship of
the AACD. Dr. Lawrence Addleson served on the
AACD's Board of Directors and was Chairman of the
Educational Task Force Committee. Dr. Larry
Addleson has been Chairman of Education and
Credentials and served two terms as Chairman of
the Board of Governors. He is one of the founders
of the Southwest Chapter of the AACD and is a
Cosmetic Dentistry consultant for the San Diego
Advanced Study Group. Dr. Lawrence Addleson
teaches adhesive dentistry nationally and
internationally and advises several dental
manufacturers regarding products and materials.
He is a mentor and instructor for dental study
groups with hands-on, live patient treatment.

About Dr R. Douglas Campbell
Dr. R. Douglas Campbell has practiced general and
esthetic dentistry since his graduation from the
University of Florida Dental School in 1988. From
1988 through 1991, Dr. Campbell served on
active duty as a dentist for the US Navy, which
included a medical internship at San Diego's
Balboa Hospital. In 1996 Dr. Campbell
established a dental practice in southeastern San
Diego County in the growing community of
Eastlake, where he gained recognition for
providing high quality dentistry resulting in
excellent patient satisfaction. Dr. Campbell
ensures that his patients benefit from the latest
advances in the field of dentistry through his
use of state-of-the-art dental technology, and
his strong desire for continually advancing his
education. His extensive training includes work
in occlusion, function and esthetics, as well as
working with Invisalign, Lumineers and Cerec.
In 1995, when he was awarded Fellowship in the
Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Campbell made
the decision that he would study only under the
mentorship of the finest clinicians in the world,
a decision that ultimately resulted in partnering
with Dr. Larry Addleson at The Art of Dentistry,
beginning in spring 2007.

About Dr. Mark Griffiths DDS
San Diego County Cosmetic Dentist Dr Mark
Griffiths was born and raised in San Diego. Dr.
Mark Griffiths developed a love for Cosmetic
Dentistry watching his father practice
orthodontics. Dr. Mark Griffiths graduated with
honors from The University of Southern California
School of Dentistry. Dr. Mark Griffiths received
several awards for his professionalism and was
known for his devotion to his patients. Dr.
Mark Griffiths completed a residency in hospital
dentistry at The University of Washington. Dr.
Mark Griffiths has had advanced training in
emergency and Cosmetic Dental care, oral surgery
and has worked extensively with medically
compromised patients. Dr. Mark Griffiths has
developed a reputation as a gentle and caring
dentist and provides the type of exceptional care
for which The Art of Dentistry is known.

Dr. Cary Behle retired from his practice at The
Art of Dentistry in the fall of 2006 after more
than 30 years of pursuing excellence in
dentistry. Dr Larry Addleson, AACD Accredited
