• Which species are or are not well adapted to the
  habitat of the VUES outdoor classroom pond?

Snapping Turtles

• Snapping turtles would be well adapted to the
  pond in the VUES outdoor classroom.
• Because they live in fresh or brackish water.
• They prefer water with muddy bottoms and lots of
  vegetation.

Sidewinders

• Sidewinders are not well adapted to the VUES pond
  habitat
• Only live in deserts of southeast California,
  western Arizona, southern Nevada, southwest Utah,
  Mexico
• They need desert not water to survive

Dragonflies

• Dragonflies would be adapted to the pond in the
  outdoor classroom at VUES.
• Dragonflies live by fresh water such as ponds,
  lakes, rivers and streams.

Conclusion

• In conclusion the snapping turtle and the
  dragonfly would be well adapted to the pond in
  the outdoor classroom .The side winder would not
  be adapted to the pond at the outdoor classroom
  at VUES.
