What is new in our NanoKetoconazole

• There is a need in the art for nanoparticulate Ket
  oconazole formulations which overcome dosage and
  bioavailability problems associated with the use
  of Ketoconazole in the prevention and treatment
  of pathologies induced by platelet
  aggregation. The present invention satisfies
  this need.
• We proposed to exhibit increased bioavailability,
  and require smaller doses as compared to prior
  conventional  Ketoconazole  formulations
• Benefits of a dosage form which substantially
  eliminates the effect of food include an increase
  in subject convenience.
• Our   Ketoconazole  compositions
  of the invention preferably have a better
  dissolution profile
