Matthew Lotze was the CEO of Cheezy Pizza
Company, Inc. from 2001 to 2005. From beginning
to end, he created a complete franchise and
operating system that include employee manuals,
all operations manuals, trademarks and
copyrights, and UFC offering. Besides this, he
managed restaurants employees and handled trained
managers, negotiated with suppliers purchased
equipment, built a loss prevention and risk
management structure that worked, installed and
managed POS system.

He played a key role in negotiating school lunch
program sales, and also supervised and trained
main employees. He handled six locations, four
delivery carry outs, two sit down company owned
restaurants with 120 employees, and made 4

wholesale company with strong internet sales. He
conducted large quantity liquidations and
wholesale product liquidation. He arranged the

served as a CEO at American Fundraisers, Inc. He
established a full scale product fund-raising
company, and negotiated with suppliers worldwide.
He established a warehouse and distribution
system for products. With the help of public
speaking and motivational incentives, he achieved

motivational presentations to thousands.

dancer and an excellent tennis player. He is very
