    disorder which is experienced by everyone and
    causes may vary from person to person. Most of
    the people are unaware with the foods that come
    in the category of calming foods. If you ask
    anyone about the calming foods, the answer will
    be same that all foods are calming. But this is a
    misconception because all the foods are not
    helping you to beat stress. Foods that really
    work against the stress and calm you are known as
    calming foods.
  • Remember that poor dieting and unhealthy
    lifestyle increase the stress level. Foods that
    are nutritious in nature playing an important
    role by keeping you away from the stress. It is
    always difficult to control the stress without
    healthy diet, breathing exercises and healthy
    lifestyle. Medicines may help you to get quickly
    relief from the stress but having serious side
    effects on the health.
