11CBP is most commonly known as pelvic pain, also
known as different names. There are two different
classifications of CBP-the inflammatory and the
non-inflammatory. The recurrent pelvic pain is
the primary sign and symptom for the CBP. Without
the diagnosis of Urinary Tract Infection persist
for more than 90 days. Painful urination,
constant burning pain in the penis, abdominal
pain, unexplained fatigue, arthralgia and
frequent urination are some of the more symptoms.
However, the symptoms may vary in different
cases. Depending on the patient and at the same
time it can also be misinterpreted as a symptom
for a different condition. Often the back and
rectum can also be affected by pain in most of
cases sitting becomes agonizing. Another major
symptom of CBP is the unpleasant sensation after
the ejaculation..
12Furthermore the Chronic Prostatitis is caused due
to interpolate between psychological factors and
also immune, endocrine and neurological system
complications. Often an Anxious psychological
characteristic of a man can lead him to pelvic
tensing, which gradually can turn into
inflammation which is a process mediated by
substances released by nerve cells. Often
inflammation can spread to other areas like the
bladder, urethra and testicles. Sometimes climate
can make this condition much complicated,
specifically during the cold season, or as some
believe it is the ultimate cause. However, no
evidence can be found to support such claims.
13Acute Bacterial Prostatitis (ABP) Very similar to
CBP as far as symptoms and causes go, ABP is
categorized by much stronger and more intense
symptoms than it CBP. In case of ABP the symptoms
often progress so quickly, and becomes so severe
that the patient has to get admitted in
hospital. Non-Bacterial Prostatitis
(NBP) Despite of of the fact that NBP has the
similar symptoms as CBP, the medical
professionals are still unsure of what causes it
and in search of it till date.
14Pelvic Floor Myalgia (PFM) PFM, also known to be
Prostatodynia. It is the easiest prostate
affliction among the kinds to diagnose, as its
symptoms are quite a few and quite specific to
PFM. The main symptom of PFM is pain in the
prostate, and often this pain becomes severe
enough for the patient to seek for medical
attention immediately. However, pain might not be
located only in the prostate area, it could also
be present inside the scrotum, pelvic region and
lower back.
