Breast Augmentation/Mastopexy
Dr. Kachenmeister This patient desired not only
lifting of her breasts but more breast shaping.
She wished to use saline implants. Therefore, we
placed a size 210 cc implant on the right and a
size 190 cc implant on the left and performed
bilateral mastopexies. She healed very well and
is very pleased with her result.

Corrective Breast Surgeries
This 65-year-old patient had previous breast
augmentation performed by an ear, nose, and
throat surgeon who called himself a plastic
surgeon. Her implants were obviously too low with
a typical bottoming out appearance. We were able
to replace her saline implants with silicone
breast implants and performed repair of the
inferior portion of the implant pocket thus
elevating the implants into a more normal
position and giving her better cleavage and upper
breast fullness. She is very happy with her
results.

Breast Augmentation
This patient desired to have a D cup
augmentation, and she and I chose the
transaxillary approach as she did not wish to
have any scars on her breast. She is 56 and
weighs 132 lbs. Because of the relative size of
the 450 cc silicone implants that we have chosen,
we have decided on using a high profile variety.
You will notice in the preoperative photos that
her right breast is a fair amount smaller than
her left, but in the postoperative views they
look almost equal. She is very pleased with her
result.
