human civilization. He graduated from Fresno
State University with a BS in Plant Science
(Plant Health), Soil Science and Plant
Physiology, and also graduated from Reedley
College with an AA in Plant Science and
Agricultural Business. Jeff Hill is an
agronomist with a technical background in
farming, fertilizers, chemicals and water.
