performed at our center. The costs of returning
equipment by courier shall be borne by the
customer. Replacement merchandise to complaints
of faulty goods we shall be promptly reported in
writing (by letter, fax or e-mail) within 8 days
of receipt. The replacement of the goods must be
authorized in advance by us in writing (by
letter, fax or e-mail) and delivery carriage paid
to our warehouse.
