(looking up to Him) - 2) Visualize and image-in Him right before you
with you, eye-to-eye, heart to heart and look at
His picture - 3) Remember the splendid Guru-Lama (and his
enlightened qualities) As the Compassionate
Buddha and his pure, clear, warm and simply
loving presence - 4) Pray to Him / Her / It (with or without words,
from the heartfelt core of your being)
forblessings and encouragement, inspiration,
grace, protection and guidance, timeless wisdom
teaching and spiritual transmission
25) Receive directly His blessings Like mouth to
mouth resuscitation, mind to mind transmission,
heart to heart, Through a powerfully streaming
light-beam of His sublime divine energy 6) Let
go and release your constricted self Merge and
dissolve with Him in the Heart-essence of sublime
Presence 7) Rest joyously, radiantly, abundantly
inseparably in that exalted expanse 8) Chant
repeatedly Om Dalai La-May Pray-me Home, Om Mani
Pedme Hung 9) Meditate in and as the Dalai Lama,
Letting go and letting Him do it thru you
310) Seeing thru yourself, seeing Buddha, freeing
(your bottled up innate) Buddhaness to manifest
splendidly in this world, 11) And re-enter the
daily world with open arms, loving eyes, giving
hands and kind awareness-heart, as an Awakening
Being, Light-Bearer, and Bodhisattva, uplifting
and edifying the world
