    way to reach a broad variety of people easily,

    media as a marketing tool is necessary in this
    day and age. Social media is a free tool that
    promotes the creation of a positive platform for
    real-estate work that is readily available to
    all.

    different forms, and how each form can be used
    effectively to create a more marketable brand.
    There are many different social media sites, but
    there are three that have overtaken western
    culture completely.

    concordance with each other a vast amount of
    opportunity is opened to the realtor. The first
    branch of social media is Facebook. Facebook
    allows the user to have personal and marketable
    profiles that can track visits to the site, and
    create an illusion of a personal relationship
    with a wide number of people.

    of agents, distribute news of houses for sale,
    talk about upcoming events, engage interest in
    the company through contests with prizes, and
    create a trustworthy public brand through reviews
    on the site.

    which is used to interact with people, and to
    generate interest in particular projects or
    events. The site uses hashtags to keep track of
    particular posts that had a hashtag.

    Twitter can be used like Facebook, but only has
    an allotted amount of characters that can be used
    in a status.

    Instagram is a social media site that is founded
    on the sharing of pictures. Pictures can be
    edited through the app, and talked about using
    hashtags.

    realtor to gain interest in a particular house
    could be a flattering picture of the house, a
    short description about why this house was
    noteworthy, and a hashtag for the local city, and
    the state.

    them could be added as well, with the ability to
    tag the buyer in the picture for more marketing.
    Next, a hashtag for the realtor company or agent
    could be created, and the hashtag would document
    all the posts made with that particular hashtag.
