5Moving on to the historic movements, here is the
list of it
Pakistans daughters quest to bring girls
freedom to education-A Pakistani activist, who is
also a noble laureate now, brought a wave of
revolution of education to girls. Malala
Yousafzai, worked through all the thick and thin
to bring this change
6Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Susan B.
AnthonyCadyStanton and Susan B. Anthony
- Team of these two outrageous ladies led the
Womens Suffrage movement. The movement that
gave women the right to vote.
7Indira Gandhi
- The first lady prime minister of India. Indira
Gandhi was the person, who changed the vision of
this country. Indira for India, India for Indira
is what, the history will speak for uncountable
years.
8Valentina Tereshkova
- Valentina was the first woman to travel into
space and the one who proved to the world that
theres nothing a woman cannot do. Orbiting for
71 hours in space, she returned safe to Earth and
recorded of spending more time in space than all
combined astronauts of U.S. till that date.
9Deborah Samson Gannett
- Even the military is not untouched of a ladys
courage. Deborah was the first American women
soldier, who disguised herself as a man to serve
the Continental Army.
10- While we speak of all these courageous ladies, we
would also not miss to mention those brave hearts
who are an unquestionable part of all of our
lives. They display their endeavor silently while
shaping our future and raising us to lead a
better tomorrow. -
