- KidsFirst Adoption Services, LLC. (KFAS) is an
Indiana licensed, private adoption agency founded
in 1998 by Inna and Steven Pecar. Inna immigrated
to the United States from Ukraine in 1991. She
has a Master's degree in social work. Her
husband, Steven Pecar, is a U.S.-born attorney.

Inna Pecar started KidsFirst Adoption Services in
1999 with her husband Steven. Pecar attained a
Master's Degree in Education in Ukraine and a
Master's Degree in Social Work from Indiana
University.

Domestic Adoption
KFAS places children domestically with couples,
and single men or women, based on the preferences
of the expectant mother. We work with expectant
mothers who are pregnant and/or experiencing
difficulties with parenting a child. In most cases
