Most people believe that one should be in
complete rest during the months of pregnancy,
which is in fact a wrong notion. Exercising is
equally important as rest for a pregnant lady. In
fact, there are a few forms of exercise which are
especially advantageous for the health of the
pregnant woman and the unborn child.

exercise should be taken up during pregnancy, she
