  • Complete understanding of client and business
    segment.
  • Complete brief with the client including a
    meeting with Business Heads or functional heads
  • understanding client culture before undertaking
    any recruitment or executive search assignment.
  • Understanding client assignment in depth.
  • Scan domain specific database from existing pool.
  • Review gaps or missing links in the existing
    database.
  • List out companies in the similar business
    segment.
  • Total industry scan or Head Hunting to evaluate
    potential candidates availability.
  • Speak to each and every potential candidate as
    part of initial scan to know who are fitting and
    open for assignment.
  • Meet all the potential candidates for final
    evaluation to bring out the best quality search
    at our end.
  • Shortlist Top 5 or Top 3 candidates for final
    evaluation to be sent to client.
  • Arrange Interviews with client.
  • Feedback on the interviews for internal delivery
    of assignment.
  • Conduct "Comprehensive Reference check" of
    shortlisted or selected candidates.
  • Compensation Negotiation or Offer facilitation .
  • Facilitating candidate relocation process
    including Housing, child education etc wherever
    required
  • Hand Holding candidate in the initial period of
    settling down for at least a period of 6 month
    and keep the client informed on current status of
    candidates mental state.
  • Raise the invoice only when the we and clients
    are happy with the assignment execution
