across a range of commercial real estate
investments. He is now CEO of the company and is
dedicated to building wealth for clients through
extraordinary investments. Rastegar Capital is
based in the Dallas, Texas area.

estate investor and CEO of Rastegar Capital. A
Texas native he lives in Dallas with his family.
He attended Texas AM University where he majored
in English and minored in Spanish, graduating cum
laude in 2004. He later earned his law degree
from St. Marys University School of Law in 2008.

estate investor and an attorney. He is
tri-lingual, with fluency in English, Spanish and
Farsi and Ariah grew up in Sarasota, Florida
Richmond, Virginia and Dallas, Texas. He lives
in Dallas with his family.

arts. He enjoys visiting museums around the
Dallas area where he lives, to observe the many
different forms of artistic expression that can
be seen there. Ariah is a very hard worker but

and wellness. He is the owner and CEO of Rastegar
Capital, a real estate investment firm in the
Dallas area.
