Google India engages Global Advertisers for the
outdoor promotion of their mobile based app,
Google Maps that helps users with satellite
imagery, street maps, street view, real-time
traffic conditions and route planning for
traveling by foot, car, bicycle or public
transportation by showing an alternative and
faster route to reach their destination easily.
The OOH media agency has conveyed the same on
large billboards across Mumbai. The brand
communicates Jab traffic ka haal badalta hai,
toh sadke rang badalti hai' in its ad campaign,
referencing the red-blue lines that indicate
traffic levels on the google map. Sanjeev Gupta,
MD, Global Advertisers, said, "We are glad to be
associated with Google India. We have executed
their outdoor campaign targeting their key
audiences by selecting premium outdoor property
across Mumbai." The objective of the campaign
was to spread the benefits of using Google map
while traveling in the city. A high mileage
campaign with a large size out of home media
properties has been executed. The choice of
hoardings for this campaign has turned out very
effective for the client.
